Tomorrow marks the start of the 10th edition of Swiss Alps Classics – a special anniversary weekend filled with music, fine dining, and unforgettable experiences in the Swiss Alps.
Friday, June 19, 2026 | SWISS ALPS CLASSICS x THE NORDIC SOUND
6:00 PM | Sasso San Gottardo Crystal Cavern
To open the festival, internationally acclaimed violinist Eldbjørg Hemsing and renowned pianist Håvard Gimse will take audiences on a journey into the fascinating world of Scandinavian music with “The Four Seasons – Nordic Sounds in the Mountain”, presented at one of Switzerland’s most extraordinary concert venues.
Following the concert, guests are invited to enjoy the Nordic Midsummer Night Dinner & DJ Party at The Swiss House Andermatt.
Saturday, June 20, 2026 | LUCERNE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA
8:00 PM | Andermatt Concert Hall
The Lucerne Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Michael Sanderling and featuring cellist Jaemin Han, will bring the festival weekend to a magnificent close with works by Edward Elgar and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
